After reading this on-line book I found that dental implants are not that difficult to understand. They apparently are the "new" tooth replacement. I believe the material is timely, understandable, and leads me to believe that as long as I select a qualified dentist, I will be happy.
I am a general dentist in private practice for past twenty one years. Dr. Penc has has been my specialist to send all my patients for their complicated to simple implant needs. As I expected nothing less from Dr.Penchas,he explained and outlined what dental implant is all about in very plain English so everyone including dentist like myself can reference for more in depth knowledge of dental implants. This book is a true reflection of his expertise and knowledge of implant dentistry.
I like to reseach procedures before I undergo them ! I want to know what will be done and how it will be done. I don't have to have all the details , but I do have the intellectual curiousity and the need (fear?)to know. i think the more I know the better prepared I am. So, when I came across this book by Dr Penchas it gave me what I needed in clear language. The pictures are good too. I actually had an implant put in recently and was comfortable all the way thru' because I knew what was going on. Looking back I can only say "thank you " Dr Penchas, great book. It takes a lot to write in simple language and still get message over accurately. I highly recommend this book if you need an implant.
